NEW MINDSET = NEW RESULTS

growth mindset is better than fixed mindset

making your mindset to grow makes you learn some creativities from people which the  english peoples said smart peoples learn from everything and everyone so in this blog post we will discuss about the mindset

The Almajiri imbroglio boils down to our societal insensitivity to global transformations. We are already moving from collectivism to individualism, following on the footsteps of the western world, forgetting the fact that we Africans are not developed enough to adopt individualistic behaviours from our colonial masters who are also struggling to shed off such habits to some extents.

Nowadays, an average northerner doesn’t have a full-time mentor in every aspects of his life. We only learn passively or casually through watching KANNYWOOD FILMS or by learning from our own personal mistakes which are both an improper ways of learning. When it comes to – carrier guidance and counselling, skill acquisition, apprenticeship, business incubation and acceleration – you would find our local communities wanting. If a common son of the rich is lacking those life skills, how do you think an indigent person like Almajiri would get skills to become productive and self reliant ?

We can still change the narratives by effecting positive impacts in our local domains, through innovative programs that can facilitate acquisition of technical skills and mentoring. This kind of challenges pushed me into creating a hub which enables breaking such barriers and bridging such gaps hindering sustainable human capital development in our society, called Engausa Global Tech. Hub. The hub is now paying more attention to skilling our teaming youths up, and changing their mindsets to be in conformity with requisite skills needed in the global world. We have taken a further step by incubating some startup businesses created by some industrious ENGAUSA graduates, and by outsourcing the most tech savvy ones among them to other companies like COSGROVE in Abuja and Chosen One Global Technologies Ltd and PRUDENCE in Kano.

Without changing the mindsets of our youths through mentorship and sensitisation programs, our teaming youths can easily misuse the modern skills, thereby aggravating the moral decadence bedevilling our society, just the way most of them are misbehaving on the so-called social media. Until we put all hands on deck to ameliorate the mindsets of our teaming youths, our society will remain in this anarchy. It is not yet late to transform the negative mindsets of our youths into a positive-result oriented mindsets.
